Pioneered the “Control Tower” concept and execution model at the largest integrated resort in Asia while successfully conquering all of the “first to market” challenges encountered.

Orchestrated and implemented the logistic and project management for Venetian Macau for: FF&E / OS&E, Grand Canal Shops, Dock Management, Mail Room, Laundry Logistics, Installation.

CITY OF DREAMS – MACAU

Successfully continued the “Control Tower” mdoel in Macau to a multi-property, multi-flag, complex, integrated resort.

Orchestrated and implemented the logistics and project management for City of Dreams Macau for: FF&E, Podium, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Crown, Hard Rock.

HYATT HOTELS

Managed the FF&E logistics and project management for thousands of rooms, cruise ships, public areas over a multi-year time-frame.

For the in-house procurement unit of Hyatt hotels, managed the pre-opening and renovation for projects across the mainland US, Hawaii, and the Caribbean.

HILTON HOTELS

Conceptualized and developed an in-house, integrated supply chain solution later brought in-house and currently utilized by HSC.

Completely developed and implemented the full shipping, warehousing, distribution, installation of the roll-out of the Hilton Garden Inn program across the United States.

PARIS RESORT AND MANDALAY BAY – LAS VEGAS, NV

Comprehensive, integrated supply chain solution for FF&E and OS&E in a complex, multi-client operating environment.

Simultaneously managed the complete pre-opening of two major properties on the Las Vegas strip, one with 4,000 keys and the other 3,000 keys from a Contrl Tower 2,500 miles across the country.

HELPTRAK!, DHL, EXEL

Conceptualized, developed, and implemented the first web-based supply chain solution for the lodging and gaming sector.

With carriers and venture capital groups clambering to take control of the application, it was kept in house as the first to market tool unmatched in the industry. In 2005, it was licensed to Excel (DHL) and manages the supply chain for companies such as Marriott International.

LIBRARY RENEWAL PARTNERSHIP
